- CurriculumDelivery :
- Plandeliver and evaluate engaging and stimulating English lessonsacross the curriculum catering to Key Stage 3 (Years 78) andpotentially Key Stage 4 (Years 911) in line with the NationalCurriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teachingmethods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all studentscan develop their literacy skills effectively (phonics readingcomprehension writing fluency grammar vocabularyacquisition).
- Assessment andEvaluation :
- Designand implement effective assessment strategies to monitor studentprogress in reading writing speaking and listening skills(formative and summative assessments).
- Providestudents with clear constructive feedback that helps them improvetheir writing reading and analytical skills (written feedback peerreview selfassessment).
