Service and Repair Engineer
About the Role :
We are looking for a Tech Service Engineer who will play a key role in providing repairs, technical support and training at our site in Stratford upon Avon.
Salary : £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
Benefits : 23 days holiday + bank holidays, employer pension contribution, and an early finish on Friday.
Working Hours : Monday to Thursday : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM and Friday : 8 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide training on devices, both on-site and remotely.
- Manage and organize training sessions, keeping track of participant records.
- Perform repairs and servicing on products, including fault finding and component-level repairs.
- Ensure service and repair processes are efficient and meet company standards.
- Handle customer queries, providing technical support by phone and email.
- Maintain and monitor loan equipment, ensuring it's ready for use.
- Work with internal teams on technical issues and participate in regular service meetings.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks using company systems.
Requirements :
- Experience in a similar service or repair role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Technical ability to diagnose and repair at a component level, with training.
- Proficient in using computer systems for service and repair records.
- Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
- UK driving license required.
