EYFSResponsibilities :
- Planprepare and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFSstudents.
- Implement appropriate teachingstrategies to engage and inspirestudents.
- Assess and monitor student progressproviding regular feedback and setting targets forimprovement.
- Collaborate with colleagues todevelop curriculum materials and share bestpractices.
- Maintain a safe and inclusiveclassroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour andpositive relationships.
- Communicate effectivelywith parents / guardians to provide updates on student progress andaddress any concerns.
- Participate in staffmeetings professional development workshops and other schoolactivities asrequired.
TeacherRequirements :
- Bachelorsdegree in Education or a relatedfield.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) orequivalent.
- Proven experience teaching EYFSstudents in a primary school setting.
- Excellentknowledge of the National Curriculum and assessmentmethods.
- Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction tomeet the needs of individuallearners.
- Dedication to ongoing professionaldevelopment and a commitment to staying up to date with the latesteducational practices.
- Flexibility andadaptability to work effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
