Role Summary
Do you want to be part of a great team of varied roles within our Estates and Facilities Division?
- To provide a high quality, professional administration service to the Estates and Facilities Division in accordance with the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust policies and standards relating to confidentiality and customer care to ensure that streamlined, efficient and accurate administration processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Support the admin team providing a flexible, productive and responsive administrative service to the division, thereby contributing towards the smooth running of the hospital environment.
- Help to maintain a streamlined and effective helpdesk to our service users, and ensure that the hospital experience is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
This includes logging of maintenance tickets, taking phone call queries, and regular communication with estates and facilities department managers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Administrative support role within the team, the role will be varied and exciting and requires someone motivated, keen to learn and happy to be part of an enthusiastic team of administrative services, ranging from departmental support to helpdesk work.
Working Pattern : hours per week
Interview Date : Thursday th & Friday th November 4
