A Childrens Social Worker is required to join Birmingham’s Safeguarding Service. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.

As a Social Worker on the Child Protection Team you will be
- Safeguarding children from harm
- Conducting interviews and carrying out assessment to assess and review people’s individual circumstance within specific time-scales
- Chairing and attending Child in Need meetings,
Reviews and Child Protection Conferences
- Undertook all training and development opportunities to continue professional development
- Court work
- Statutory visits
As a Social Worker you are required to :
- Hold a Social Work England registration
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
