Our client is a residential property specialist looking to appoint a conveyancer to the Altrincham office. Based across the UK and offices in London, Manchester and Liverpool this is a chance to enter an established practice and a national client base.

As an established practice, there are plenty routes to growth including complex conveyancing work and chances to obtain a training contract.
This firm has a huge onsite conveyancing team in Altrincham. We are open to all levels of conveyancers to join the team from fee earners and qualified candidates or experience equivalent.
The Role
- Responsible for a volume caseload
- Full caseload of conveyancing files
- Mortgages, leases, purchases and sales
- Running 60-100 files in caseload
To be considered, you must have 3+ years in conveyancing at a law firm. We are open to qualified candidates or experience equivalent.
