Job description

As a CRM Manager (Loyalty ) and part of the newly formed Loyalty Squad, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way we retain and engage customers across both our investments and cash savings products, including ISAs, easy access savings accounts, and instant access accounts.

You’ll lead initiatives that focus on referral marketing, customer migration through pricing tiers, and retention strategies as customers transition from acquisition to loyalty phases.

This role is perfect for someone with a few years of CRM experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career, leading campaigns and initiatives aimed at improving customer retention, driving referrals, and increasing customer lifetime value.







What you can expect to be doing :

- Lead CRM Campaigns : Own the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention, with a focus on referrals and lifecycle management.
- Build Referral and Retention Strategies : Develop strategies to increase the number of users who make referrals and shorten the time taken to do so.

Focus on retaining users as they move through pricing tiers and product transitions (e.g., from acquisition offers to standard rates).

- Optimise for Engagement : Leverage email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards to deliver targeted, personalised communications that engage and delight our customers across both investment and cash savings products.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with the investment and cash savings squads, content, data, and engineering teams to deliver high-performing, automated CRM journeys.
- Segment and Personalise : Partner with the customer insights team to identify key customer segments,





ensuring communications are tailored to user behaviours and preferences, particularly those at different points in their financial journey.
- Enhance CRM Capabilities : Utilise Braze (our CRM platform) to optimise CRM capabilities, test new features, and introduce advanced automations that drive business results.
- Report and Analyse : Use your analytical skills to track, measure, and report on the performance of loyalty and referral campaigns, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve our CRM initiatives.

What we’re looking for :

- CRM Expertise : At least 2-3 years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably within fintech, financial services, or a related field.
- Loyalty & Retention Focus : Demonstrable experience in creating and executing strategies aimed at customer retention, referrals,





or lifecycle marketing.
- Performance Mindset : Strong numerical skills and with a KPI driven approach, comrortable working with spreadsheets, large datasets, and customer segmentation tools to do this.
- Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms
- Cross-Team Collaboration : A collaborative team player comfortable working across departments with creatives, data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
- Calm Under Pressure : Ability to manage multiple projects at once, staying calm and delivering high-quality work, even under tight deadlines.
- Fintech & Personal Finance Enthusiast : A passion for fintech, investments, and savings products, and a genuine interest in helping customers build their financial futures.
