Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and position tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
- Present and demonstrate our solutions effectively to decision-makers, highlighting key benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support of products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition to provide insights that help shape product and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proximity to our London, Sydney, or Chicago offices 3-5 days per week.
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS contact center technology to mid-market or enterprise organizations.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining self-driven motivation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
