As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will manage the administrative aspects of the product critical path from initial buy to warehouse. Key tasks include maintaining reporting and intake documents, line/size level forecasting, and supporting the Line Manager.

Role responsibilities:

Manage size breakdowns and purchase orders, conduct seasonal sizing analysis, and monitor delivery schedules, escalating issues as needed. Act as the main contact for supplier deliveries, reconcile invoices with Finance, and maintain accurate product data. Create and maintain departmental reports, ensure correct product codes and prices online and in publications, and maintain pricing accuracy across markets.





Build relationships with internal teams and deputise for the Assistant Merchandiser.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive, can-do approach with initiative, and the ability to plan, prioritise, strong numerical, analytical, and interpretive skills, understand the retail buying cycle and stock management, have commercial awareness of the market and competitors, and be proficient in Excel.
