DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACY
Pharmacy Senior Support worker - Band 3
Aseptic Service, Pharmacy Department, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary
37 hours per week (Core hours Monday to Friday 08.00 17.00)
The Aseptic service support worker is required to provide accurate, high quality, time dependant medicine for patients with specific medical conditions.
Duties will include preparing injectable medicines in a clean room environment, stock control, stock rotation, filing of paperwork, dispensing of prescriptions, setting up medicine trays required for aseptic dispensing, environmental monitoring,
cleaning within the aseptic area rooms, packaging and packing items for onward transport.
IT and Pharmacy experience is essential, in house training will be provided.
