Working Hours : 5 days per week, 9am - 5pm
About the team :
We are working with a leading private hospital in Surrey who are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare service. The department are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACT) to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview :
As an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of medication dispensed to our patients.
Full training will be provided,
so prior hospital experience is not required. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to advance their career in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform accuracy checks on medications prepared by other technicians.
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
- Ensure accurate medication storage and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements :
- Valid Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
