David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning global learning technologies company helping customers in over 40 countries find a Business Development Manager for their DACH market.
Position : Business Development Manager (DACH)
Location : Remote / Work from home in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland
Employment type : Full-time
Salary : Base
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive business growth and development with products and services in the DACH region
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Execute sales targets and revenue goals
REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field (B2B) with SaaS applications in the DACH region
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis
- Experience with Moodle and Totara will be considered an advantage
- Bachelors degree in business, or related field
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong understanding of industry and market trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in managing multiple deals independently with strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
- Willingness to occasionally ravel to Belfast Hub
