Remuneration : Allocation of PAs within existing job plan or hours for a clinical person on agenda for change terms and conditions plus £, allowance per annum

Main duties of the job
The Deputy Clinical Director for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy will be accountable to the Divisional Director for the performance of the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy services within the GET Clinical Directorate.
This is a key operational role within the Division and the post holder will work with the Clinical Director for Surgery to lead and be accountable for ensuring services are patient focused and effective and for achieving national and local key performance indicators and standards.
The post holder will provide visible leadership to all staff within the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy services within the GET Clinical Directorate and support the Clinical Director for Surgery and the Divisional Director in delivering the strategic plan for the Division.
The post holder will work with the Divisional Director and the Divisional Management Team to ensure the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy services within the GET Clinical Directorate meet the required objectives.
