Asset Strategy Manager
Hours of Work : 35 per week

We are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Head of Asset Strategy our Asset Strategy Manger will play a key role in delivering the Asset Management Strategy, with particular focus on disposals and stock rationalisation, managing the rolling five-year stock condition survey programme, and ensuring the effective administration of asset data.
What do our Asset Strategy Managers do;
Manage the Data Team and ensure that reporting for the department is accurate, validated and relevant.
Work closely with the Head of Asset Strategy, external consultants and internal teams to optimise our property portfolio ensuring it meets the current and future needs of the association and its customers.
Lead on the delivery of the Disposal Strategy to help consolidate our footprint and reduce our operating areas.
Critically assess various options and implement agreed programmes for stock rationalisation.
Prepare and reports for senior management and Board on the progress and outcomes of the disposal programme.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, regulatory bodies, and community groups, to communicate asset strategy initiatives and gather feedback.
What we are looking for;
Professional qualification in a housing / construction specialism or equivalent qualification / experience
Experience in a management or senior role in related field.
Experience of analysing asset management information to identify improvements required
A good understanding of asset management principles and best practises.
Excellent data systems and data management skills with the ability to use data to determine robust responses and recommendations to the management of the Group’s stock portfolio.
Knowledge of the housing sector, including regulatory and legislative requirements.
