Sustainability Consultant - Energy Modelling
Location : Surrey / Remote Working
Salary : £32,000 - £50,000 dependant on level of experience
A market-leading sustainability and compliance company, providing advice and assessment to clients within the construction, property, finance and events industries are seeking a Sustainability Consultant with experience in IES to join their diverse team to deliver exceptional buildings, assessments, strategies and advice to their clients
- As a Sustainability Consultant you will;
- Provide sustainability and compliance consultancy services across the construction, property, finance and events industries
- Liaise closely with clients and project teams to ensure their sustainability targets are achieved.
- Lead sustainability goals for new and existing clients
- Produce energy assessments, and general carbon reduction and sustainability reporting.
- Assist clients with achieving zero carbon / general ESG objectives
- Train other members of the team on IES
Seeking Candidates with :
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with IES (VE) and / or NABERS. Candidates at various experience levels
- Understanding of energy modeling, performance analysis, and sustainable design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical information to clients
- Degree of 2.1 or above but no specific degree required
- Knowledge of IES Modelling Including :
- Current Building Regulations Part L
- Part O
- SBEM
- ASHRAE Calculations)
- TM52
- TM59
Desirable
- Level 4 NDEA Qualification
- Degree Qualified in a relevant subject
