Reception and School Support Administrator
Grade D
£24, - £26, p.a. pro rata
18.5 hours per week
About the Role
There is now an exciting opportunity to join us as a Reception and School Support Administrator, within the School of Animal Rural and Environmental Sciences (ARES), based at our Brackenhurst campus.
We are seeking a proactive individual with relevant experience of working in a busy administrative environment. The suitable applicant will provide exemplary frontline customer service to all staff, students and visitors to the School’s campus reception, responding to queries, problems and requests in a timely and professional manner.
This will involve demonstrating ownership of appropriate enquiries, as well as the ability to escalate or signpost enquiries where necessary to the appropriate member of staff or team.
In addition, the suitable applicant will also support the Head of Operations, School Management Support and Subject Administration Teams in the effective administration and communication for the School.
This is a part time role that requires on campus working.
The post-holder will have a positive, can-do attitude, and the drive to provide exceptional assistance to staff, students and visitors.
They will be confidential, able to prioritise their tasks, and remain professional at all times.
