Front of House Assistant - Birmingham Front of House Assistant 11.44 per hour Birmingham At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of the UK & Irelands most distinctive workplace catering experts, we are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant at 54 Hagley Road.
Location: 54 Hagley Road Rate of pay: £11.44 per hour Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Key responsibilities serving customers to the highest standard,
going above and beyond and creating strong relationships with our customers assist customers in a warm and friendly manner and ensure their orders are taken correctly and delivered with a smile Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards in the cafe Handle cash transactions and operate the till Help with stock management and inventory control To assist in kitchen and service areas as directed that are necessary to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided. Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
