This fulltime permanent position offersa unique opportunity to inspire and nurture the next generation ofmusicians.
PositionOverview
The successful candidatewill be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and engagingmusic curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 4 and 5.
The roleentails fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment thatencourages creativity musical expression and a lifelongappreciation for music.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Designand deliver inspiring music lessons that align with the nationalcurriculum and the schools educationalethos.
- Create a stimulating classroomatmosphere that promotes student engagement participation andperformance.
- Assess and monitor studentprogress providing constructive feedback to facilitate individualgrowth and development.
- Collaborate effectivelywith colleagues within the Music department and across the schoolto enrich the musical experience for allstudents.
- Stay abreast of current pedagogicalapproaches and developments in musiceducation.
Qualificationsand Experience :
- ABachelors degree or higher in Music or a relatedfield.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or anequivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstratedexperience teaching Music at the secondarylevel.
