In our supportive, trauma-informed environment, you’ll have the unique opportunity to teach GCSE-level Maths to students who benefit from individualised support and smaller class sizes.

About Us :

Our school serves young people with complex backgrounds,

including those with experiences in the care system, mental health needs, and trauma.

We provide a structured, calm, and safe learning environment focused on both academic success and emotional well-being. Our trauma-informed approach supports students dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, helping them to rebuild confidence, develop resilience, and prepare for a successful future.

Your Role :

- Teach GCSE-Level Maths : Deliver engaging lessons designed to build core Maths skills, enabling students to achieve their GCSE qualifications.
- Small Class Sizes : Work in a quieter, focused setting that allows for individualised instruction and personal growth.

- Team-Oriented : Works collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families to promote student well-being and success.
- No Prior SEMH Experience Required : While experience with SEMH students is an asset, it’s not essential. We provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Why Join Our Team?

- Focused Teaching in Small Classes :

Enjoy a supportive setting with smaller class sizes, allowing for focused instruction and meaningful connections with each student.
- Ongoing Professional Development : Access training in trauma-informed practices and specialized strategies for working with SEMH students.
- Supportive and Inclusive Environment : Be part of a team that values your expertise and fosters a positive, collaborative work culture.
