TPFRecruitment is excited to partner with a wellestablishedBrightonbased accountancy firm to support the recruitment of aClient Manager (PostQualified Accountant).

KeyResponsibilities :
AsClient Manager you ll take on a variety of responsibilitiesincluding :
- Daytodayrunning of the practice : Oversee daily operations to ensure smoothfunctioning and efficiency playing a critical role in the firm sgrowth andsuccess.
- Clientportfolio management :
Manage a diverse portfolio of clientsproviding a range of services from accounts and tax planning toadvisoryservices.
- Yearendaccounts preparation & Corporation tax computation : Leadthe preparation of yearend accounts and corporation taxcomputations ensuring deadlines are met and accuracy ismaintained.
- Personaltax returns : Prepare personal tax returns for your portfolio ofclients ensuring timely filing and compliance with taxregulations.
- VATpreparation : Assist with VAT preparation when required ensuring allnecessary documentation is inorder.
- Compliance : Ensure that financial documents are accurate and comply withrelevant laws and regulations minimising risk for clients and thefirm.
- Taxationadvice : Offer expert tax planning and advice helping clientsoptimise their tax positions and make informed financialdecisions.
- Allocatetasks to team members : Delegate work to bookkeepers and otheraccountants ensuring the right people are on the right tasks forefficiency and skilldevelopment.
- Mentoringand support :
Guide and support junior staff providing feedback andcoaching to help them grow professionally and achieve theirpotential.
Requirements
- Postqualifiedaccountant (ACA ACCA or equivalent) with strong experience withinan accountancypractice.
- Demonstratedexperience in yearend accounts preparation corporation taxcomputation VAT and personal taxreturns.
- Aconfident and capable leader with the ability to mentor juniorstaff allocate tasks effectively and manage a portfolio ofclients.
- Detailorientedand committed to ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevantlaws andregulations.
- Excellentinterpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationshipswith clients and provide them with sound financial and taxadvice.
