Year 1Teacher responsibilities :
Designand deliver stimulating and engaging lessons that inspire andchallenge Year 1 students
Plan and organiseschemes of work in line with the schools curriculum and nationalstandards
Assess and evaluate Year 1 studentprogress using a range of formative and summative assessmentstrategies
Provide regular feedback to Year 1students parents and colleagues on studentprogress
Create a safe inclusive and supportivelearning environment
Communicate effectivelywith parents carers and other professionals
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver outstandingteaching and learningexperiences
Year1 Teacher requirements :
QTS PGCEand strong academic record
Creative imaginativedetermined resourceful and adaptablepractitioner
Passionate aboutlearning
Able to demonstrate a track record ofsuccess within a Year 1 environment
Able tocommunicate your passion to children and parents
Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in theclassroom
