- Team Player : Works collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families to promote student well-being and success.
- No Prior SEMH Experience Required : While experience with SEMH students is beneficial, it’s not essential.

Why Join Our Team?

- Impactful Teaching in Small Classes :

Enjoy a supportive environment with smaller class sizes, allowing you to focus on each student.
- Ongoing Professional Development : Access training in trauma-informed practices and specialised support strategies for working with SEMH students.
- Collaborative and Supportive Culture : Be part of a team that values your expertise and fosters a positive work environment.
- Make a Lasting Difference : Help young people overcome personal challenges and achieve their academic and personal aspirations.
