The Role : As a Year 5 Teacher youwill :

- Foster a positive and inclusiveclassroom environment where every child feels valued andsupported.
- Collaborate with colleagues to planassess and deliver a dynamic curriculum in line with school goalsand national standards.
- Build strongrelationships with parents carers and the wider schoolcommunity.
As a MiddleLeader you will :
- Leadand inspire a key area of school improvement contributing to theschools strategic vision.
- Work closely with theleadership team to support staff development and curriculumenhancement.
- Play an active role in shapingwholeschool initiatives that drive academic excellence and personalgrowth for students.
- Model outstanding practiceleading by example and supporting colleagues in achieving theirbest.
What Were LookingFor :
- A qualified andexperienced primary school teacher with a track record ofdelivering excellent teaching andlearning.
- Proven leadership skills or thedesire to take on leadership responsibilities in a supportiveenvironment.
- A passion for helping studentsachieve their full potential with strong knowledge of the Key Stage2 curriculum.
- Excellent communicationcollaboration and organisational skills.
- Theability to inspire and motivate both students andcolleagues.
