About the Role
As a Back-of-House Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, ensuring every detail of matchday hospitality runs smoothly. You’ll:
- Oversee matchday BOH operations: Ensure your area is fully stocked and prepared ahead of time for a flawless service.
- Oversee the dispatch of feed from the kitchen: Managing orders and tables being called away to effectively push out the ordered dishes
- Lead your team: Inspire your team through pre-shift briefings, keeping them motivated and energized for the day.
- Deliver exceptional service:
Work directly with clients and guests to ensure a VIP experience every time.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural leader with a proven track record of at least 2 years in hospitality management.
- Someone who’s calm under pressure and can solve problems on the fly.
- A people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
- A team player who leads by example in professionalism, attitude, and work ethic.
- A commitment to work at 90% of matchdays during the 2024/25 season.
- Over the age of 18 only.
