Royal Holloway, University of London, seeks an experienced and energised leader to expand and strengthen our global collaborations and strategic alliances. This pivotal role combines partnership development with driving student recruitment and enhancing our university's global reach, reputation and impact.
Working in our Global Engagement team within the Marketing and Communications Directorate and reporting to the Global Engagement Director, you'll lead a small, dedicated team responsible for developing and nurturing international partnerships. You'll play a key role in managing relationships with our strategic university partners including Study Group and international partner universities and identifying and maximising new income-generating opportunities in existing and new markets.
We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge of international Higher Education and a proven track record in identifying, building and maintaining strategic partnerships across different cultures.
You'll need exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding stakeholder management skills, and experience in budget management and financial planning for international initiatives. Your strategic thinking and diplomatic approach will help you develop beneficial relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
Success in this role requires a degree or equivalent experience, with experience of working in partnership management and/or international student recruitment and managing high-performing teams. You should be comfortable working across cultures and prepared for international travel (approximately 4 weeks per year).
