Job Title: Sales Administration & Account Management Coordinator

Hours: 39-hours per week – Office based
08:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Thursday); 8:00am - 3:30pm (Friday)
Salary: 28,000k-34,000k (Depending on experience)
Disrupt Talent is recruiting an experienced Sales Administration & Account Management Coordinator for their client based in Coventry. Main Purpose of the Role
To efficiently manage external sales administration and account management activities.
It is expected that the person undertaking this role will also provide occasional support to the Finance & Administration Coordinator and Sales Order Processing Coordinator. In addition, they will also be expected to provide ad-hoc back up for other tasks to cover for holidays or peak periods of activity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide effective external sales administration support to all sales activities, including new sales, Consult, reactive customer enquiries and sales orders, up to the point orders are passed to sales order processing, after contract review.
Ensure all sales inbox contacts are dealt with appropriately, and customers are proactively kept informed.
Ensure all general sales enquiries are professionally managed, dealt with, or forwarded to the right person to respond to.
Ensure all requests for quotes are loaded into the MRP system, allocated to the right person to manage, and are quoted within agreed timescales. The expectation is that over time,
the post holder will be able to produce a significant proportion of quotes themselves, without Sales support.
Provide Account Management support to Sales, enabling a strategic view of key accounts, maintenance of key account plans and monitoring/delivering actions to further develop them. Additionally, act as an ambassador for the business, promoting our services and products.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and ensure alignment of customer master data in support of the proper utilisation of our MRP system. Ensure everything is filed correctly whether on-line or hard copy. Provide regular reporting as required.
Provide effective hand over, after contract review, to Sales Order Processing who will manage the order through Manufacturing and out to the customer.
Manage customer account satisfaction surveys,
collating data and providing the necessary analysis to enable improvements to service.
Adhere to the company’s quality and H&S; management system and supporting processes (ISO9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018). Wear and use appropriate PPE when in the factory.
Support a best practice and continuous improvement culture across the company, identifying opportunities where they arise, taking ownership for driving initiatives forward, and implementing KPIs where appropriate.
Keep all work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
Undertake any other relevant activities as required by the business.

- Experience
- 3 years’ experience in sales administration and account management
- 3 years’ experience of MRP systems (experience of Factory Master advantageous)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
Relevant professional or vocational qualifications would be an advantage.
First aid qualifications would be very useful.
