Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for an Operations Manager at NRP Engineering Services located in the Greater Sheffield Area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage project timelines and budgets,
ensure safety and compliance standards are met, and optimize workflow efficiency within the engineering environment.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Team Leadership, and Operational Efficiency skills
- Experience in managing engineering projects, budgeting, and scheduling
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in mechanical engineering or related field
