Assistant Financial Controller L'oscar Lonon
Loscar London is a five-star boutique hotel and architectural gem located in the heart of Bloomsburys historic Holborn. The hotel features 39 bedrooms of which 18 are suites and is home to Loscar Restaurant as well as the most unique event spaces in London - The Baptist, The Library, and The Committee Room.

The Assistant Financial Controller is responsible for managing the day to day accounting operation and team in the Finance Office.
Assist the Financial Controller in the administration of all financial aspects of the finance and accounting function for the hotel, to ensure that all company Policies and Procedures are followed, financial reports are submitted accurately and on time in compliance with statutory requirements, enforcing both internal controls and external audit requirements.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Essential - Accounts qualifications or equivalent.
Excellent level of English.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
Friendly, approachable and professional.
Previous Hotel experience.
Proficiency in managing high-value assets and investments characteristic of luxury establishments, with a focus on maximizing returns and optimizing financial resources.
