The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor 2-5 years PQE to join a growing, innovative Top 600 firm based from their Manchester City centre offices.
This firm has an excellent reputation in Real Estate and Property Disputes.
They have a strong offering across residential & commercial disputes and offer exposure to work on both fronts. In this role you will be dealing with: -
- Boundary Disputes
- Dilapidations
- Development Disputes
- TOLATA
- Breach of Contract
Due to the firms strong commercial presence, and focus on HNW Property work, you will be dealing with a high quality, complex level of property disputes.
The team has a fantastic reputation in springboarding the careers of their associates / senior associates.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 PQE.
- Wishes to develop their career and business development strategies alongside a team consisting of respected legal 500 and chambers-ranked Lawyers.
