The role

The firm is seeking an Employment Senior Associate / Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in the heart of the West End of London.

Litigation is a core practice area for the firm. You will work as part of the wider litigation team of 9.







You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious work for both claimant and respondent.

You will deal with a varied caseload making for an interesting role, the caseload will include, but not be limited to; contentious and non-contentious work, Settlement agreements, dismissals, restrictive covenants, senior executive, discrimination, disciplinary, restructuring, TUPE and corporate support.

You will work closely with the other partners to drive the departments forwards, you will be at the forefront of what is an exciting time at the firm.

This role could prove to be a good stepping stone for a Senior Associate looking for a route to partnership.

Requirements

- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)






- Experience in business development is of advantage
- You should have first-class client and communication skills
- The firm is open-minded regarding the candidates background
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on the candidates background
