What you'll be doing
Working within the Manufacturing P Academy and Resource Planning team, you'll get real insight into the thinking that underpins our strategy, an understanding of how we create strong business plans and how we drive operational efficiency.
you will gain invaluable experience managing high-impact projects, developing a deep understanding of cutting-edge technology, and play a key role in driving our Dream Factory. Your main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the heads of departments in Manufacturing to understand future skill and headcount requirements
- Conducting a thorough analysis of present and future objectives and challenges, ensuring workforce readiness using data-driven tools
- Ensuring a balanced approach to workforce needs and budget constraints in collaboration with relevant cross functional teams
- End to end management of the process for headcount plan submissions underpinned by a robust financial plan
About the Function
The Industrial Placement (undergraduate) sits within the wider Manufacturing Function. Our goal in Manufacturing is to deliver an extraordinary journey for our customers, inspiring them with a magical fusion of craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability. From influencing the design of our products to their launch,
from a customer order to the handover, we aim to deliver extraordinary results in everything we do.

Education: We welcome candidates seeking an undergraduate placement from any degree subject on track to achieve a 2:1,
which includes aspects of Maths, Statistics and Economics. Alternatively, we welcome candidates with a Learning and Development and Human Resources background.
