provide 12 months Maternity Cover.

Our business, your impact, our opportunity:
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of regulatory risk and
reporting to management on the effectiveness of internal systems and controls.
- Addressing and remediating issues, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Analysing data and supporting the production of regular reports.
- Managing the business reporting timetable and central email inboxes.
- Co-ordinating initiatives and supporting projects.
- Assisting with the onboarding and monitoring of intermediaries.
- Facilitating regulatory reviews and addressing any identified requirements post-
review.
- Undertaking client enhanced due diligence and reviewing sanctions screening alerts.
- Supporting the business in maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements
and ensuring positive outcomes for customers.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in a compliance or similar role within the general insurance sector.
- A good understanding of the UK and EU regulatory environment.
- Experience in identifying, evaluating, and managing regulatory risks.
- Expertise in financial crime and conduct.
- Excellent organisational skil s with attention to detail
- A strong priority and delivery focus.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Clear and effective communication skil s, both written and verbal.
- The ability to take initiative and solve problems as they arise.
- Innovative thinking, energy, and drive.
- A strong ethical foundation and the ability to handle confidential information
appropriately.
