Principal Software Engineer
Start-up | FinTech | Product Engineer | TypeScript | React | Senior - Principal Level | Frontend Bias
Experienced full stack software engineers required by a London based FinTech Start-Up with Series A Funding! You will be joining a group of extremely talented engineers being backed by some of the biggest names in FinTech working on a new and unique FinTech product that will have an incredible impact in the sector.
Salary: Up to £140,000 + Equity.
Location: Central London. Hybrid model working 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote.
We are searching for Senior, Staff or Principal level software engineers. Whilst comfortable working across the stack,
it is expected that you will have a bias towards frontend or backend development. Whilst we are open to Software Engineers coming from varied technical backgrounds, the ideal profile will have strong product background and have worked in JavaScript / TypeScript ecosystems with a bias towards frontend development.

Principal Software Engineer Requirements:
- Experience as a Senior, Staff or Principal level software engineer.
- Competent working across the full stack
- Experience working on cloud based products
- Customer obsessed - engineers should have a strong product mindset.
- You can demonstrate impact in your recent experience.
- A drive to build and scale!
Bonus Points (not essential!)
- Strong academics in a relevant subject.
- Experience within a full stack JavaScript / TypeScript ecosystem.
- Experience in a start-up / scale-up
- Experience in FinTech
- An expertise in Frontend Development working with React.
