Trainee Recruitment Consultant!
Youll be working for a World-Leading Digital recruitment agency that is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join its passionate team and contribute to its future success!
Trading in over 40 countries around the world, they have five offices across EMEA and the US. They work with talent and companies of all sizes globally, and this is a HUGE OPPORTUNITY for ambitious consultants to work abroad with the business!
With a wide variety of specialities such as Cloud & infrastructure, Cyber Security, Projects Change & Transformation to name a few allows, for the next set of hungry individuals to be exposed to some big names in the tech sector in one of the most Buoyant and EVERGROWING sectors!
They work with some big clients, such as Monzo, Sky, ASOS, Crypto and the BBC to name a few of their 500 clients across the many sectors!
From DAY 1 youll have access to their full commission structure that goes up to 40% with set clear promotion targets.

- Competitive base salary of £27.5k, (rises after 3 months) with OTE of £45-£50kk in the first year!

Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organisations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks,
and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
