Essential Qualifications & Experience:
8-10 years CSS experience in the FMCG industry. Proven track record leading Product Research/Consumer Science and Sensory Programs that result in impactful innovation and compelling product claims.
Ability to link consumer insights, sensory product understanding, and technical knowledge to drive consumer-led innovation.
Motivational leadership,
adept at steering and challenging R&D; and commercial teams to achieve consumer-product design excellence.
Expertise in sensory research methods, data analysis, and interpretation to deliver actionable insights.
Skilled in quantitative product testing (qualitative research skills are a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to inspire and align teams with a shared vision.
Experience in digital approaches for speed and efficiency in learning and research.
Curious, agile, and creative mindset, with the ability to see the broader business opportunities and work at pace.
Tech-savvy and eager to explore new methodologies for delivering outstanding consumer experiences.
