Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Central London. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling,
phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and maintaining medical office operations.
QualificationsExperience in appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and receptionist duties
Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical office procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Relevant certification or diploma in medical office administration is beneficial
