We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager with the energy, passion andrelevant experience to lead a large multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe,effective and innovative drug, alcohol and stop smoking treatment servicesacross the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. This role will combine leadership at a senior level with building andsustaining relationships with a range of key stakeholders, to drive continuousimprovements in service delivery.

We are now looking for an experienced operations manager tooversee our existing community-based substance use service. Turning Point Hammersmith & Fulham is an integrated adult community substanceuse and stop smoking service. The service is delivered in partnership withsubcontractors, and a wide range of external partnerships.

There is anemphasis on working into neighbourhoods and building partnerships, acrosspublic and voluntary sectors, to prevent escalating problem substance use,reducing harms to those who use and promoting active recovery in all that wedo. You will be the leader of this well-established service workingcollaboratively alongside commissioners, colleagues and stakeholders to ensurethe service continues to deliver on performance, pathways, communityintegration,





stakeholder relationships and innovative evidence-based practiceto ensure we deliver high quality interventions to the people who use ourservices. You will be expected to lead excellent service delivery andgovernance supported by a strong management and clinical team, but also play akey leadership role externally, as the experts in substance use locally.

Thisrole is a great opportunity to combine leadership at a senior level withbuilding relationships and also balancing the needs of our stakeholders aswell as providing Care Quality Commission Registered Management. ### Role ResponsibilityWe are looking for a highly skilled person with the skills and talent to leadthe service, and inspire, co-produce and co-deliver the very best treatmentand recovery services with teams, our stakeholders, and most importantly thepeople of Hammersmith & Fulham.





### The Ideal CandidateIt is essential that the successful candidate can evidence:

- Excellent people and team management and leadership skills
- Skills to manage performance, budgets and quality assurance processes and systems
- Ability to maintain and develop good commissioner relationships.
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Manage sub-contracts and external partnership with a variety of diverse organisations.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of embedding quality assurance systems and processes and ability to act as CQC Registered Manager
