I’m looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for SaaS and deal structuring. In the pivotal role of Contracts Manager / Deal Desk, you will collaborate closely with the sales team, managing approximately 25 new SaaS contracts per month and ensuring each deal is structured effectively. Additionally, you will oversee partnership and supplier agreements, playing a critical role in the business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in a fast-paced software environment and be adept at navigating negotiations with end-user clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to review, draft, and negotiate SaaS contracts, ensuring compliance and profitability.
- Manage the deal desk process for approximately 25 deals monthly, ensuring efficient contract execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee partnership and supplier agreements, fostering strong relationships and optimizing terms to drive business success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams to streamline contract processes and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in contract management within a rapidly evolving software company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and familiarity with end-user client negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in contract execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred.
