We are recruiting for a fantastic PrimarySchool and Nursery and has a fantastic opportunity for anenthusiastic and committed Classroom Teacher with a vision forexceptional education to join their Key Stage 1 team as Year 1Teacher.
They are looking to appoint a candidatewith a proven track record of raising educational standards andinspirational teaching and learning in Key stage 1 alongside acommitment to engage positively with pupils staff and the localcommunity.

TeacherResponsibilities
- Planprepare and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year1 students.
- Implement appropriate teachingstrategies to engage and inspirestudents.
- Assess and monitor student progressproviding regular feedback and setting targets forimprovement.
- Collaborate with colleagues todevelop curriculum materials and share bestpractices.
- Maintain a safe and inclusiveclassroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour andpositive relationships.
- Communicate effectivelywith parents / guardians to provide updates on student progress andaddress any concerns.
- Participate in staffmeetings professional development workshops and other schoolactivities asrequired.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Education or a relatedfield.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) orequivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Year 1students in a primary school setting.
- Excellentknowledge of the National Curriculum and assessmentmethods.
- Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction tomeet the needs of individuallearners.
- Dedication to ongoing professionaldevelopment and a commitment to staying uptodate with the latesteducational practices.
- Flexibility andadaptability to work effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
