Our client, a European mid-market private equity firm, is looking to hire a Deal Structuring Operations Director on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. The fund invests across a range of sectors, including the healthcare and consumer space. They are experiencing increasing levels of growth and are looking for a structuring professional to become part of the small but impressive London-based team and support through a period of expansion. The role will report to the CFO and support them in the structuring of new investments across the UK and Europe.

What the job involves:

Responsible for the execution of the deal entry and exit process.

3. Responsible for deal structuring across Europe.

4. Responsible for the oversight of fund closing.

5. Review draft legal documentations from an operational perspective prior to the execution to ensure the operational requirements are in line with best practice.

6. Responsible for maintaining and updating the operational systems to ensure accurate data for investment monitoring and reporting purposes.

7. Manage the relationship with external services providers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Who we are looking for:

2. Experience in a consulting or private markets structuring team.

3. Strong knowledge of structuring principles with experience in transactions across Europe.

4. Strong understanding of structuring process and compliance operations.

5. Efficient, organised, independent professional attitude and strong communication and personal skills.

6. Flexible,





well-organised and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

7. Self-starter who is able to prioritise competing work assignments in a global setup while managing senior key stakeholders.

8. Quality-driven and structured with attention to details, yet service-minded with a "can do" attitude, effective, and proactive.
