This client school in East Ham, East London is hoping to attract a high calibre science graduate who can fill the role of a teaching assistant for the remainder of this academic year at least.
Additionally this client school is a part of an Academy federation of schools there is an opportunity to join this school and proceed on to a salaried teacher training route from September 2024.

As a Biology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting class teachers in the delivery of an exciting science curriculum, You will support learning and will eventually support small groups and even 1-2-1 support lessons to help boost learning.
Targeted learners could range from those who have had extended absence from school and need additional support to catch up, to learners who are not progressing as expected to top achieving learners who need stretching beyond the confines of the national curriculum, and everything in between.
