As our next Out of Home Account Manager, you'll lead with fresh ideas, build strong client relationships, and mentor rising talents.

Role Responsibilities :
- Drive innovation in OOH planning to clients and make suggestions on how to improve planning outcome
- Lead mid-range client accounts with advisory support from Account Director
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective client service.
- Act as a problem solver, not only in creating solutions for clients but also through identifying process fixes and better ways of working
- Manage & develop OOH Account Executives leading their annual appraisal (career conversations)
- Participate in Client strategy development and brainstorming meetings.
- Support on new business as required (competitive reporting / brainstorming / OOH campaign plans)
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills :
- Strong experience in planning and / or buying OOH media.
- A logical and analytic skillset.
- Strategic thinker able to create innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Strong understanding of the OOH marketplace, inclusive of data,
mobile and programmatic opportunities.
- Excellent relationships with OOH media owners.
- A proactive approach to mentoring less experienced colleagues.
- Ability to present to clients with confidence.
