Our client ahighly regarded secondary school in Surrey is seeking anexperienced and passionate History Teacher to join their esteemeddepartment.
This fulltime permanent position commences in Januaryand presents a unique opportunity to deliver an inspiring andcomprehensive curriculum to KS3 and KS4students.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Designand deliver engaging and stimulating History lessons to KS3 and KS4students.
- Develop innovative lesson plans thatalign with the schools curriculumobjectives.
- Assess student progress and provideconstructive feedback to promote individualgrowth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster asupportive and collaborative learningenvironment.
- Participate in ongoingprofessional development opportunities to stay abreast of thelatest teaching methodologies and subjectmatterexpertise.
QualificationsandExperience :
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teachingqualification.
- Proven experience teachingHistory to KS3 and KS4 students.
- A strongpassion for History and a commitment to inspiring studentscuriosity and critical thinking.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to build rapport withstudents parents andcolleagues.
