SEN Teaching Assistant (Key Stage 1 & Year 6)
Location : Uckfield, East Sussex
Hours : 12 : 00 PM - 3 : 30 PM (Part-time)

Randstad, in partnership with a friendly primary school in Uckfield, is seeking a committed and flexible SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support for four children across different age groups and learning needs.
The Role :
- Hours : 12 : 00 PM to 3 : 30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Support Focus : Lunchtime : Assist two children in Key Stage 1 (Reception and Year 1).Afternoon Session : Provide 1 : 1 support to two children in Year 6.
One child has ADHD,
and the other experiences delayed learning, particularly with language development.
Flexible Support : This role requires adaptability to work with children across different age ranges and needs.
What We Are Looking For :
- Experience : Prior experience working with children with SEN, particularly ADHD and language delays, is highly desirable.
- Patience and Adaptability : A nurturing and flexible approach to supporting children with varying needs in both learning and behavioral aspects.
- Resilience : The ability to manage challenges calmly and effectively.
- Commitment : This is a temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
