What to expect
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our CISO Function to join the division as our first Cyber Security Culture and Behaviours Lead.
Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security, you will be responsible for driving cyber security engagement and behavioural change across Post Office Limited.
We will encourage this person to think outside of the box, challenge the status-quo and seek out the why behind the challenges to cyber training & awareness.
You will be accountable for the strategy and execution of a people-first cyber security engagement programme to support all colleagues in their development of cyber knowledge, skills, and behaviours through targeted and tailored initiatives.
Someone who likes rolling their sleeves up to design and deliver bespoke training campaigns that are both creative and innovative will be perfect.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Creation of cyber security engagement programmes using bespoke initiatives targeted at segmented audiences
- Experience with the implementation and use of training & awareness tools
- Developing internal cyber team capabilities through use of role-specific training to improve overall cyber resilience
- Training & awareness experience within cyber security
- 3+ years of experience in cyber security awareness and behavioural change, with at least some of that in a large enterprise
- Proven track record of creating cyber security engagement programmes
- Experience with senior stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Supporting an Enterprise-wide Cyber Security Change programme.
