The CDM Consultant Role
As a CDM Consultant, you will be at the forefront of client engagements, leading meetings, and offering expert advice across core construction sectors.
You'll also have the chance to work on prestigious heritage contracts, making a tangible impact on your community while managing a variety of stimulating projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Advisory : Deliver confident and effective advice to clients, ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations across various sectors.
- Principal Designer Role : Act autonomously as a Principal Designer while collaborating within the team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Compliance and Safety : Ensure all projects strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, mitigating risks and enhancing safety standards.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have :
- Qualifications : NEBOSH Construction (essential), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
- Experience : At least 2 years of experience in CDM roles.
- Skills : Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
