Job description
Our client is a leading international law firm that is seeking a Tax Solicitor in Manchester with circa 1+PQE to join their busy team as an associate, senior associate or legal director.
The team advise their clients on a wide range of complex tax matters including corporate tax (mergers and acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, fundraising, etc) and real estate tax (advising investors, developers and occupiers on SDLT, VAT, infrastructure projects, etc).
The successful candidate will have 1+ years’ post-qualification experience within corporate and / or real estate tax matters, gained ideally from another highly-regarded tax practice.

as well as support from the team across the UK. There is a real emphasis on career development within the team, with clear routes to promotion and partnership.
