- Working as lead Conversion Partner, you will receive;
- Basic salary of up to £40,000
- Car allowance of £4000
- OTE in the region of £55,000 - £60,000

Working as a Senior Key Account Manager...
The Senior Key Account Manager will manage existing Large key accounts, cultivating relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.
This role will also focus on prospecting and acquiring new key accounts, with a balanced approach between new business development, existing account management.
The primary objective is to spearhead expansion and foster growth within the private survey sector,
serving as a distinguished brand representative of .
This position operates remotely, with 60% of time dedicated to phone communication or virtual Teams meeting and 40% on field visits.
The Senior Key Account Manager is expected to autonomously manage their workload, aligning efforts with company objectives and guidance provided by the manager.
The role demands agility, urgency, and a relentless pursuit of success.
Strong organisational skills, collaborative abilities, and external and internal stakeholder Management is key to be successful in this role.
The Role
- Lead the management of a portfolio comprising new business prospects, existing accounts, and lapsed leads, ensuring each account receives personalised attention and tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with key influential accounts to strengthen relationships, understand evolving needs, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth brand education.
- Proactively manage data, scheduling regular contacts with existing customers and prospects, and employing strategic approaches to maximise engagement and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, logging all customer interactions, relevant information, and action plans to optimise account performance.
- Strategise to maximise existing accounts by understanding their business models, aligning 's offerings with their needs, and leveraging relationships to drive mutual success.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales workflow strategy,
incorporating both traditional and innovative approaches to optimise time efficiency and productivity.
- Provide accurate reporting and deliver information in accordance with established team processes, ensuring transparency and accountability in all communications.
- Collaborate closely with the LCP Team to share insights, coordinate efforts, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments by engaging in relevant professional networks, attending industry events & road shows, and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance expertise.
Use expertise to Liaise with Marketing to guide marketing materials to help enhance our overall offering.
Support management at industry events when necessary, representing with professionalism and expertise.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications required :
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Confidence in delivering presentations to groups, including virtual settings.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced outbound targeted sales environment.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and performance tracking.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible problem-solving approach and strong customer care skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of a 360 sales cycle.
