Here's what you'll do :
Champion Individualized Learning :
Work alongside teachers to identify student needs and create personalized learning plans.
Assist students in the classroom, offering targeted support and reinforcing key concepts.
Foster a Fun and Inclusive Environment : Create a safe and engaging space where all students feel encouraged to participate and learn.
Celebrate their achievements and help them develop confidence in their abilities.
Collaborate for Success : Work closely with teachers, other LSAs, and school professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all students.
We're looking for someone who :
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is patient, understanding, and can build positive relationships with students of all backgrounds and abilities.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
