Description :
A university in Central London with campuses near Goodge Street and Moorgate is looking for an experienced administrator for a temporary period starting ASAP until end of Oct.
Working hours are Monday Friday, 9-5.
The role is being offered as a remote / hybrid position with use of your own computer to access a remote desktop. However, if you do not have a computer and / or working space available, you can work on site at one of the campuses near Moorgate or Goodge Street.
You may also be asked to work from campus on occasion.

Tasks
- Allocating unassigned cases on CRM
- Running daily Excel reports and filtering / cleansing data according to given criteria - sharing with relevant colleagues
- Updating the events tile on our university app. Prior experience with this particular app is not needed
- Gathering information around local area and facilities to update app
- Organising the folders within the university app build
- Liaising with Student Information Team members to update SharePoint
Skills
- Demonstrable computing skills Excel required, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Attention to detail
- Strong written communication
- Research skills
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
